    3. Free usage or free trials are intended to allow users to evaluate the app’s functionality before committing to a paid plan.
    4. The availability, duration, and scope of free usage or free trials may vary and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the company’s discretion.
    5. Users are responsible for ensuring their device meets the minimum technical requirements to use the app.
    6. Users agree to use the app, including any free usage or free trial, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    7. The company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access if usage is deemed abusive, excessive, or in violation of fair use standards.
    8. Data, documents, or files generated within the app may be automatically deleted after a defined retention period, as specified in the app, or when the user stops using the service.

  2. SUBSCRIPTION

    1. The app offers paid subscriptions, which may include Weekly, Monthly, or other durations, as displayed within the app.
    2. Subscription features and limits depend on the selected plan and are clearly described at the time of purchase.
    3. If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
    4. Subscription billing and cancellations are managed by Apple through the App Store only.
      5. Payments are charged to the user’s associated app store account at confirmation of purchase.
    5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
    6. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
      7. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their account settings after purchase.
    7. Any unused portion of a free trial, if applicable, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase, where permitted by platform policies.
    8. Subscription pricing may vary based on region, plan selection, or promotional offers, and is shown clearly before purchase.
